LZ150, VZ150, Z150 HPDI 2000-2014
OUR PRICE LISTED IS NET PRICE (INCLUDES CORE CHARGE AND SHIPPING)
(NO Guessing At What Your Final Price Is, Unlike Many Competitors)
Remanufactured by OBR in Alabama.
The block, crankshaft, and connecting rods are inspected and certified to be within factory specifications before re-use; otherwise, they are rejected. All other parts used in remanufacturing these are brand new.
Cylinders are inspected by micrometer and if out of spec, are rebored to a maximum of 0.020" oversize, otherwise the block is rejected for rebuilding.
FedEx 3-day service and any core charge is included in price. These powerheads carry a 1-year warranty.
Here's a picture from our tour of the facility in November 2016 of a batch of engine blocks cleaned, inspected, and bored if necessary, awaiting the next rebuild job
