We lose $$ on service!
EPA made me do it!
Part's at central warehouse,
you'll get it next month.
We don't make parts for those.

WE HAVE ANSWERS TO YOUR PARTS PROBLEMS

PLEASE READ!

PLEASE use the CONTACT FORM   for part number & price inquiries.

Most commonly requested parts are already on the site and are easy to find. The menu right above is laid out just like an index to a textbook. Parts sections are listed by engine manufacturer with subsections for the main parts sections.

For technical questions, also please use the CONTACT FORM. During slower periods during the day we can then research your problem and reply with possible solutions. Be aware due to the volume of business it may be a day or two before we can reply.

We do not do repair work, nor do we generally deal in used parts.

We are here
Mon - Fri, 9 AM - 5 PM Central US Time

It's now:here at Mastertech

We are a new parts supplier only

MAILING ADDRESS:

Mastertech's "QUOTE FORM" Inquiry Form

Most common parts are listed here on the site and are easy to find.  If you are on EARTHLINK please pre-authorize us for emails. The earthlink auto-responder usually does not work and we can not contact you. Use this for inquiries about parts NOT LISTED on the site or if somerthing is unclear.

You may also use this method for technical questions and help with diagnosing what might be wrong with your motor. Please include Manufacturer, HP, serial and model numbers of the motor along with a description of what problems you're having. When we have a few minutes we'll research the issue and get back to you with likely solutions. If you follow these guidelines we can have all the information ready when we reply to your inquiry.

Need to know what motor you have?
Here are the Model-year Guides .

US-made Mariners (which is most motors over 40 HP) use same SERIAL NUMBER blocks as Mercury motors- -
the Japanese Mariners are not listed there yet

Did you check out the MOTOR MANUFACTURERS' INDEX pages? There are a LOT of parts available here, as well as info on fixing YOUR motor! If you know what you need, fill out the quick form at the bottom and we'll get right on it.

If you have an ESKA, SEARS TED WILLIAMS, WARDS AIR COOLED etc built by ESKA, and need parts, here is help. Call Vern at Certified Parts Corp. His number is: 1-800-356-0777. They don't have everything as they stopped making ESKA in 1986, but they bought all remaining stock. They also have some parts for CLINTON.

If you need parts for "antiques", you can post an ad at the ANTIQUE OUTBOARD MOTOR CLUB website Forum. We don't have any real old parts, and cannot take time to locate them. That's up to you! Use the same sources above also for parts for obsolete motors such as: Scott-McCullough, Martin, Chris-Craft, Oliver, etc.

DID YOU READ THE FAQ PAGE??

HAVE YOU READ THE TROUBLESHOOTING PAGES??

There is an apocryphal story about "photographer-to-the great" Yosuf Karsh (may have misspelled his name) who used to charge $10,000 a portrait against an old army blanket. He would place his subjects there, fiddle a minute with the lights, and shoot off a few photos (believe he used an 8 x 10 so had to change the plates) but in all, about 5 to 10 minutes. He would then tell his clients he had finished.

What? They would say, $10,000 and you just took 5 minutes?

Ah, came the answer, but it has taken me 40 (or maybe it was 50) years to be able to take a beautiful portrait in 5 minutes....

Same as the famous surgeon called into the operating room, who examines the patient carefully, reviews the x-rays and steps up to the table and makes his incision. He then turns to the other surgeons, says "You may continue" and walks out. The patient, aghast at the $10,000 invoice for 5 minutes and one cut, complains. The surgeon replies, "The $10,000 is for knowing where to cut."

And you're right, Bunky. This does apply to many of us. Most of us are quite dedicated to our profession, craft or trade. We work very hard to stay up-to-date, remain knowledgeable and creative. We do a great deal 'behind the scenes' to be able to make our work look effortless.

I suppose that's why Doctors, Clergy and CPAs all worked hard to keep their professions cloaked in mysticism. The more obscure their work, the more they could charge.

So be glad you have the MASTERTECH'S expert advice available here, and please support our efforts with a parts order!!

THANKS! GOOD LUCK!
