Remanufactured by OBR in Alabama. The block, crankshaft, connecting rods, and other internal parts are inspected and certified to be within factory specifications before re-use; otherwise, they are rejected. All bearings, seals, and gaskets are new. Cylinders are carefully inspected & measured, and if out of spec, are rebored to a maximum of 0.020" oversize, otherwise the block is rejected for rebuilding. Mating surfaces out of spec are re-surfaced if they can be done within OEM specs, otherwise, they are also rejected. OBR has decades of experience rebuilding outboard powerheads, and you can be sure of thorough and professionally rebuilt blocks for your Yamaha! 4-Stroke short blocks ship via UPS or FedEx. These short blocks carry a 1-year warranty. Necessary gaskets are included.
