We do NOT do repair work or sell motors; we are a Parts Supplier only
PLEASE work with us here and restrict calls to issues regarding existing orders when possible
(the phone number's on your invoice, as is the email address).
PLEASE DO NOT call asking if we sell water pumps etc. Nearly all common repair parts are listed on this website. Please use the menu system to look for them. It's easy to follow to find what you need.
There are only 2 of us and we are not set up as a "call center".
We CAN'T do it. There is not enough time in a day.
Nearly all parts application questions can be answered either by using the menu system to find your parts or by using the CONTACT FORM if you can not find them.
All common parts such as carb kits, water pumps & impellers, and so on are already listed in each manufacturer's index in the menus, along with many other repair parts. We are normally not in a position to answer incoming calls immediately, but usually can reply to the contact form quickly when we have short breaks between other tasks.
Non-order related calls may not be returned for up to a day (or more when business is really heavy). We do try to return them as time allows, but 90% of messages left refer to parts we have listed already.
If you use the Contact Form, we can usually reply within a few hours.

so we can be ready with the necessary information when we return your call.

We pay the freight out in USA on all orders over $100.00. Orders less than this amount will have a shipping and handling charge of $8.75 added. Some bulky and heavy items will incur additional charges. You will be notified beforehand if this is the case. All orders normally ship via USPS. Remember, all orders receive free technical support from the MasterTech!
