remedy against MASTERTECH for misrepresentations or breach of contract
or warranty shall be and is limited to the right to terms defined by

goods, and any claim asserting total or partial breach of contract of

BANK CARD "RULES" STATE THAT YOU DON'T
CHARGE FOR AN ITEM UNTIL IT IS DELIVERED. THE BANK CARD PEOPLE ARE
PATENTLY UNFAIR TO MAIL ORDER RETAILERS WITH THIS REQUIREMENT. ESPECIALLY
WITH THE RISE OF INTERNET RETAILING. PROBLEM IS, I UTILIZE 3 MAJOR
DROP-SHIP SUPPLIERS AND TO MAINTAIN A DELIVERY FLOW CHART IS BASICALLY
AN IMPOSSIBILITY. I HAVE NO PAYMENT PROTECTION DURING THE TIME FROM

TV about identity theft? Illegal card use? Well, since you are protected,
and The Bank is protected (I have about 105 pages of legalese from
them), guess who actually pays for those
SUV's and surfboards? THE MERCHANT who, in good faith took the card.
If I catch you altering an order, sending through a frivolous chargeback, or
using a stolen card, I call out the dogs. They bite. So don't do it.
The thieves who stole my coins in Hawaii are doing a 10 year stretch.

parts orders over $100.00, I pay it
as a consideration for your patronage. Nominal charge of $8.75 on
orders of lesser amount. I have affiliates in Washington State, Alabama
and Florida for fulfillment of many orders. They are professional
wholesalers oriented to customer service.
In some cases, large and heavy items
such as manifolds, covers, etc. may incur an additional shipping charge.
You will be notified of such charges before your order is processed.

Need it fastest
way?? Just advise me in the special instructions box in the
cart or on the quick order form. I will ship as requested, a second
charge for the difference only will be applied when I get the cost

SHIPPING TO FOREIGN DESTINATIONS
You as a purchaser understand that shipping
to your country may involve customs and extra shipping charges. I will
declare items at the lowest price reasonable and commensurate with
the items purchased. Shipping charges will be added as a separate charge

"Free shipping" means
that we did this the easy way for both of us. You pay the aggregate
price shown on the items selected under $100.00, no fiddling around
with rates, weights, charts and forms. This is is also my courtesy
to you for shopping at MASTERTECH. You may very well find that other
discount marine shops' total costs to you (with
freight and handling) are actually higher than
mine!
NO RETURNS on
electrical items. Sorry, I have not the wherewithal to supply test
components!
NO RETURNS AFTER
30 DAYS for any item under ANY circumstances.
NO RETURNS on
sealed items that have been opened. This also applies to parts that
show signs of being installed and removed. If I get one of these,
you WILL NOT receive
a refund!!
RETURN SHIPPING IS YOUR
RESPONSIBILITY ON ALL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES. A MINIMUM OF 3% CREDIT
CARD FEE PLUS MY ACTUAL SHIPPING COSTS WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM ALL
RETURNS. So please be sure you are
ordering the correct item! I make nothing on shipping, handling and
credit card transaction fees, this is not a recoverable cost. Exception: I
ship you the wrong part in which case the fault is mine.
SPECIAL ORDERED, OR LOW TURNOVER ITEMS. Many
parts are low turnover items and gather dust on my shelf.
AT MY DISCRETION I may charge up
to a 20% restocking fee on items of this nature.
DROP-SHIPMENTS.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES return anything to
a drop-ship supplier without our prior authorization. Most require return authorization numbers which we will supply to you. Parts returned to 3rd party suppliers without proper authorization risk being rejected and credit may not be issued to either you or us. Lost parts will
receive no credit.

DAMAGE/LOSS/SHORTAGE
Product packaging is done with care
to insure that your order is received in good condition. For shipment
via U.P.S. or common carrier, please note the discrepancy, damage,
etc., on freight bill and immediately file the proper claim with the
delivering carrier. Damage and shortage of packages is the responsibility
of the delivering carrier.

BACK ORDERS
MASTERTECH will ship all orders made
on a timely basis. If a product is back ordered, we will notify you
and provide the earliest estimated ship date. To simplify the confusion
created by partial back orders, we will charge for all the order and
ship complete
orders only. You MUST
NOTIFY us if you wish to have immediate shipment of your partial order.
PRIVACY POLICY
MASTERTECH will never release any of
the information you provide to a 3rd party under any circumstances not related to processing and shipping your order.
