We have available a selection of Remanufactured and New Powerheads for Mercury & U.S. Mariner outboards, by OBR in Alabama.
Rebuilt motors are remanufactured to factory specifications with all new parts except block, crankshaft, and connecting rods. Those are thoroughly checked to meet factory tolerances
before re-using. Components not passing are rejected, as are blocks with cylinders which exceed the maximum cap of .020" for reboring.
Powerheads are tested and ready for shipment directly from OBR to you.

you need. Have your motor model and serial # handy. Then just

the pertinent info, so we can make arrangements to have it shipped out ASAP.
NOTE!! You MUST PROVIDE THE ENGINE SERIAL NUMBER when
ordering. I cannot send you the correct parts otherwise!

POWERHEAD PURCHASE INFORMATION
Any core charge is included in your powerhead's purchase price. Surface freight prepaid in the continental US via UPS or FEDEX, shipped from OBR, our Gulf Coast rebuilder. No junk, full 1 year warranty, extended contract available. OBR will pay return freight on rebuildable powerheads requiring cores. MASTERTECH will send you a return shipping call tag if you have a rebuildable core. Just box up your old one and call shipper (usually UPS EXCEPT MOST 3.0L AND LARGER, WHICH SHIP COMMON CARRIER) to pick it up. A rebuildable powerhead's dollar value is defined as having an undamaged block (no holes) (50%), usable crankshaft (25%) and rods (25% the set). MASTERTECH will send you a core credit check based on evaluation by OBR.
